| Tea is served by candlelight in the Traditional English Fashion. Lavish tea sandwiches such as smoked salmon, egg salad, chicken salad, cucumber, tomato and cream cheese and chive are offered as well as fresh fruit, a cheese platter featuring Smoked Gouda and Double Cream Brie, and English Scones with Jams and Jellies also Cruddie with Blue Cheese Dressing.
